Conneaut School District’s graduation
project is building a portfolio to showcase a student’s strengths, interests,
service, and career exploration.
-
This portfolio will be divided into
four sections: Curriculum, Personal Interest, Service to School and
Community, and Career Exploration.
-
The student will add selections to
each section of the portfolio that document the successful completion of
the minimum grade-level requirements established by the district and stated
in this manual. A student may include more selections.
-
Each selection in the Curriculum, Personal
Interest, and Service to School and Community sections must include a completed
portfolio entry form.
-
Samples forms are included in the Conneaut
School District Manual and are available here on Conneaut School District's
Web Page (http://connwww.iu5.org/gradmanual.html).
-
The final portfolio must be organized
as follows:

-

who have IEPs or enter the district after grade 9.
-
STUDENTS WHO DO NOT COMPLETE THE GRADE
LEVEL REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE PROMOTED TO THE NEXT GRADE.
